Your child’s seller spot will be secured only after both the Seller Application Form and payment have been completed.
出店枠は、出店者申込みフォームとお支払いの両方が完了した時点で確定となります。
Some information may be edited after submission. However, no changes will be accepted after Friday, October 9, 2026.
送信後、一部の情報は編集可能ですが、2026年10月9日（金）以降の変更はお受けできません。
You may edit your responses directly through the confirmation copy sent to your registered email address.
ご回答内容は、登録されたメールアドレス宛に届く確認コピーより直接編集できます。
Please submit one form per booth application. This form is for sellers only. A separate form for buyers will be available at a later date.
1ブースにつき、フォームは1件ご提出ください。本フォームは出店者専用です。お買い物参加者用のフォームは後日ご案内いたします。
2. Payment / お支払い
There will be two payment options: AM Session and PM Session.
Please make sure to select the correct session before completing your payment.
お支払いオプションは、AM Session（午前） と PM Session（午後） の2種類です。
お間違いのないよう、セッションをよくご確認のうえお支払いください。
Your seller spot will be confirmed only after both your payment and Seller Application Form have been completed.
出店枠は、お支払いと出店者申込みフォームの両方が完了した時点で確定となります。
Please note that session changes between AM and PM cannot be made after purchase.
ご購入後、AM Session・PM Session間の変更はできませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
3. Confirmation / 確認メール
After both your payment and Seller Application Form have been received, you will receive a confirmation email from MIRAI HANA.
お支払いと出店者申込みフォームの両方が確認できましたら、MIRAI HANAより確認メールをお送りします。
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us, as there may have been a system error.
24時間以内に確認メールが届かない場合は、システムエラーの可能性がありますので、お手数ですが下記メールアドレスまでご連絡ください。

Booth Assignment / ブースの割り当てについて
For sellers registering for one session only, booth locations will be assigned by lottery on the day of the event.
1セッションのみお申し込みの方は、イベント当日に抽選でブース場所を決定いたします。
Sellers who register for both the AM and PM sessions may choose their booth location in advance. Booth selection will be offered in registration order.
午前・午後の両方にお申し込みいただいた方は、事前にブース場所をお選びいただけます。ブース選択はお申し込み順にご案内します。
We will contact eligible sellers around October 12 with booth selection details.
対象の方には、10月12日頃にブース場所の選択についてご連絡します。
If you wish to be next to a friend, you may coordinate and arrange a swap directly with other participants after booth assignments are announced.
お友だちと隣同士をご希望の場合は、当日ブースの割り当て発表後、参加者同士で直接ご相談のうえ、場所の交換をしていただいても構いません。
If a seller registration is canceled, all related priority reservations and seller perks will also be canceled automatically.
出店申込がキャンセルとなった場合、関連する優先予約および出店者特典も自動的にキャンセルとなります。
