This form is required for your child to participate as a seller in the Keiki Market event.

The form includes a liability waiver, so please read each section carefully and check the boxes to indicate your consent.

⚠️ Please Note

Your child’s seller spot will be secured only after both the registration form and payment are completed.

Some information may be edited after submission. However, no changes will be accepted after Friday, October 9, 2026.

You may edit your responses directly through the confirmation copy sent to your registered email address.

👉 This form is for sellers only.
👉 A separate form for buyers will be available at a later date.

Booth Assignment

Booth locations will be assigned by lottery on the day of the event.

If you register for both the AM and PM sessions, you may choose your booth location in advance. Booth selection will be offered in registration order.

If you wish to be next to a friend, you are welcome to coordinate and arrange a swap directly with other participants after booth assignments are announced.

If a seller registration is canceled, all related priority reservations and seller perks will also be canceled automatically.
