🌿 Refund, Credit & Rescheduling Policy
Please review the following information carefully before making your payment.
🛑 Refunds
Cancellations made more than seven (7) days before the workshop date will receive a full refund, minus a $20 processing fee.
Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the workshop date are not eligible for a refund.
Same-day Refunds Due to Payment Errors
If you accidentally select the incorrect payment type (for example, Kamaʻāina rate vs. Regular rate) or make a payment error on the same day, a refund may be issued minus a $15 system processing fee.
(This fee reflects the actual processing costs charged at both payment and refund.)
🔄 Workshop Credit / Rescheduling Due to Illness
If your child is sick on the day of the workshop, please contact us at least twelve (12) hours before the workshop start time.
Requests made less than twelve (12) hours before the start time are generally not eligible for rescheduling or workshop credit.
A one-time workshop credit may be offered, depending on availability.
This workshop credit is valid for six (6) months from the original workshop date.
Important Notes
This transfer can be made once only. After the change, we are unable to accommodate further cancellations or switches.
(This policy helps us ensure fairness and availability for all participating families.)After general sales open, a switch can only be processed if seats are available.
If the new workshop has a different price, any price difference will not be refunded.
To request a change, please email us and complete the registration form for the new workshop.
📅 Program Cancellations by MIRAI HANA
If a program is canceled or rescheduled due to weather or circumstances on the part of MIRAI HANA, we will offer:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
In such cases, we will notify families promptly.
⚖️ Final Decision & Agreement
All refund, rescheduling, and workshop credit decisions are made at the discretion of MIRAI HANA.
By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
💳 Payment Security
Payments can be made securely by credit card through the system above.
MIRAI HANA does not store any credit card information.
All payments are processed safely via Squarespace Payments.
🌿 返金・振替・日程変更について
お支払い前に、以下の内容を必ずご確認ください。
🛑 返金について
ワークショップ開催日の7日前までのキャンセルにつきましては、手数料 $20 を差し引いた上で返金いたします。
開催日7日以内のキャンセルにつきましては、返金の対象外となります。
お支払い当日の誤支払いによる返金について
カマアイナ料金と通常料金の選択間違いなど、 お支払い当日に判明した誤支払いについては、 システム使用料 $15 を差し引いた上で返金する場合があります。
（入金時および返金時に発生する決済システム利用料の実費です）
🔄 クレジット（振替）対応／体調不良の場合
お子さまがワークショップ直前に体調不良となった場合は、開始時刻の12時間前までにご連絡ください。
開始時刻の 12時間未満でのご連絡については、原則として振替またはクレジット対応の対象外となります。
空き状況により、1回限りの振替（ワークショップクレジット）をご案内する場合があります。
このワークショップクレジットの有効期限は6か月です（元の開催日から起算）。
ご注意事項
振替は 1回限り となり、変更後の再キャンセル・再変更はできません。
（すべての参加者の公平性と枠の確保のためのルールです）一般販売開始後の振替は、空席がある場合のみ対応可能です。
振替先のワークショップ料金が異なる場合でも、差額の返金は行いません。
振替をご希望の場合は、メールにてご連絡のうえ、新しいワークショップの申込フォームをご提出ください。
📅 MIRAI HANA 都合による中止・変更
天候や主催者都合によりプログラムが中止または変更となった場合は、
全額返金、または
追加料金なしでの振替参加
をご案内いたします。
その際は、速やかにご連絡いたします。
⚖️ 最終判断および同意について
返金・振替・クレジット対応の可否は、
最終的に MIRAI HANA の判断とさせていただきます。
お支払いをもって、本ポリシーに同意いただいたものとみなします。
💳 お支払いの安全性について
お支払いは、上記システムよりクレジットカードにて安全に行っていただけます。
MIRAI HANA ではクレジットカード情報を保存せず、
すべての決済は Squarespace Payments の安全な決済システムを通じて処理されます。
