MIRAI HANA – Terms & Conditions

By registering your child for a MIRAI HANA workshop, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

Participants must be between the ages specified in the workshop description. All participants must be physically and emotionally able to participate in group activities.

2. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing MIRAI HANA of any allergies, medical conditions, or special needs in advance. We strive to provide a safe environment; however, please note that the space may not be completely allergen-free.

3. Drop-off & Pick-up

This is primarily a drop-off-only program. Parents/guardians must ensure that children are dropped off and picked up at the designated times. Observation options, if available, will be noted in the specific workshop description.

4. Photo & Video Release

Photos and video recordings may be taken during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes (e.g., website, social media). By enrolling, you grant MIRAI HANA the right to use such materials unless you notify us in writing in advance.

5. Behavior & Participation

Children are expected to participate respectfully and cooperatively. MIRAI HANA reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior negatively impacts the group or learning environment.

6. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days before the workshop date will receive a full refund minus any processing fees.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days are non-refundable.

  • If the child is sick on the day of the workshop, please contact us in advance. A one-time rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.

7. Liability Waiver

We take all reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of participants. By registering, you agree not to hold MIRAI HANA, its staff, or its partners responsible for any injuries, accidents, or property loss that may occur during the program.

8. Program Changes

MIRAI HANA reserves the right to make changes to the program schedule, location, or content due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to inform participants as early as possible.
