MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, Aug 23, 2026

We are excited to announce the 25th MIRAI HANA workshop!

All participants, please review the following details carefully.

📅 Date & Venue

  • Date: Sunday, August 23, 2026

  • Check‑in Time: 9:40 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Workshop Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Pick-up Time: 11:50 AM – 12:05 PM

  • Venue: Every Piece Salon (1360 S Beretania St. #401, Honolulu, HI 96814)

    ※Check-in and drop-off will take place in the workshop room next to Every Piece Salon (Suite #401).

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes

  • Please bring a water bottle for your child.

  • Since children will participate in a hair washing and blow-drying experience, please have your child come with their hair down whenever possible. (Please avoid ponytails, braids, or other hairstyles that are difficult to undo.)

  • Whenever possible, have your child use the restroom before the workshop begins.

  • If someone other than the person listed on the registration form will be picking up your child, please let us know at check-in.

  • This workshop is a drop-off program.Parents are kindly asked to drop off and pick up their child at the scheduled times.

  • 🅿️ Parking

    Free parking is available in the building; however, spaces are limited.

    After parking, please sign in on the parking log located at the entrance to the hallway leading from the parking garage to the elevator (see photo on the right).

    After entering the building, take the stairs or elevator to the 4th floor. The workshop room is located next to Every Piece Salon (Suite #401).

    MIRAI HANA staff will be there to welcome you.

📋 Schedule (subject to slight changes on the day)

  • 9:40 – 10:00 | Check-in

  • 10:00 – 10:10 | Welcome & Meet the Every Piece Salon Team

  • 10:10 – 10:55 | Hair Washing & Blow-Drying Experience

  • 10:55 – 11:45 | Updo Styling on a Mannequin Head

  • 11:45 – 12:00 | Reflection & Group Photo

  • 📌 Pick-up: Please pick up your child between 11:50 AM – 12:05 PM.

📷 Data Sharing

Photos taken during the workshop will be shared within 3 days after the workshop.

Photo data will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration via a Google Drive album.

This applies only to families who selected “Yes” for photo and video media usage on the registration form.

  • ※受付・お子さまのお預かりは、Every Piece Salon（#401）の隣にあるワークショップルームで行います。

✅ 持ち物と注意事項

  • 水筒をご持参ください。

  • シャンプー・ブロードライ体験を行いますので、できるだけ髪を結ばずにお越しください。（ポニーテールや三つ編みなど、ほどきにくい髪型はできるだけお控えください。）

  • できる限り事前にお手洗いを済ませてからご参加ください。

  • 申込フォームに記載された方以外がお迎えに来られる場合は、受付時に必ずお知らせください。

  • 本ワークショップは ドロップオフ制 ですので、基本的に保護者の方は送迎のみお願いします。

  • 🅿️ 駐車場について

    ビル内の駐車場は無料でご利用いただけますが、台数に限りがあります。

    駐車後は、駐車場からエレベーターへ向かう通路入口にある駐車リストへご記入ください（右の写真をご参照ください）。

    その後、階段またはエレベーターで4階へお越しください。

    受付はEvery Piece Salon（#401）の隣にあるワークショップルームで行います。

  • 9:40 – 10:00｜受付・チェックイン

  • 10:00 – 10:10｜オープニング・Every Piece Salonスタッフ紹介

  • 10:10 – 10:55｜シャンプー＆ブロードライ体験

  • 10:55 – 11:45｜マネキンヘッドを使ったアップスタイル体験

  • 11:45 – 12:00｜クロージング・振り返り・集合写真

    📌 お迎え時間：11:50〜12:05の間にお迎えをお願いいたします。

📷 データ共有について

ワークショップ中の写真は終了後3日以内に、申込時のメールアドレスへ写真データを送付します。申込フォームでメディア使用「可」とされた方が対象です。（Googleドライブのアルバムで共有予定です）
