MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, April 12, 2026

We are excited to announce the 17th MIRAI HANA workshop! All participants, please review the following details carefully.

📅 Date & Venue

  • Date: Sunday, April 12, 2026

  • Check‑in Time: 8:40 AM – 9:00 AM

  • Workshop Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Pick-up Time: 10:50 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Venue: Kewalo Basin Harbor (1125 Ala Moana Blvd Slip#F16, Honolulu, HI 96814)

    👉 Meet in front of the Iruka Hawaii booth (see image on the right)

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes

  • Please bring a water bottle for your child.

  • Whenever possible, have your child use the restroom before the workshop begins.

  • If someone other than the person listed on the registration form will be picking up your child, please let us know at check-in.

  • This workshop is a drop-off program.Parents are kindly asked to drop off and pick up their child at the scheduled times.

  • 🅿️ Parking

    Paid parking is available at Kewalo Basin Harbor.
    Parking validation is not available.

    Free parking is also available at Ala Moana Beach Park (5–10 minute walk).

📋 Schedule (subject to slight changes on the day)

  • 8:40 – 9:00 | Check-in

  • 9:00 – 9:15 | Opening & Learn about Iruka Hawaii

  • 9:15 – 9:40 | Crew Roles Introduction & Job Selection

  • 9:40 – 10:00 | Preparation Time
    (Get ready for guest arrival)

  • 10:00 – 10:30 | Workshop – Real Guest Service Experience

  • 10:30 – 10:35 | Farewell to Guests

  • 10:35 – 10:45 | Knot-Tying Activity

  • 10:45 – 11:00 | Closing, Reflection & Group Photo

    📌 Pick-up Time: Please pick up your child between 10:45 and 11:00 AM.

📷 Data Sharing

Photos taken during the workshop will be shared within 3 days after the workshop.

Photo data will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration via a Google Drive album.

This applies only to families who selected “Yes” for photo and video media usage on the registration form.

✅ 持ち物と注意事項

  • 水筒をご持参ください。

  • できる限り事前にお手洗いを済ませてからご参加ください。

  • 申込フォームに記載された方以外がお迎えに来られる場合は、受付時に必ずお知らせください。

  • 本ワークショップは ドロップオフ制 ですので、基本的に保護者の方は送迎のみお願いします。

  • 駐車について
    ケワロ港（Kewalo Basin Harbor）内に有料駐車場があります。※駐車バリデーションはありません

  • 9:00 – 9:15 ｜オープニング＆イルカ大学について学ぼう

  • 9:15 – 9:40 ｜クルーの仕事紹介＆役割選び

  • 9:40 – 10:00 ｜準備タイム：実際のお客様を迎える準備

  • 10:00 – 10:30 ｜ワークショップ：実際のお客様へのサービス体験

  • 10:30 – 10:35 ｜お客様のお見送り

  • 10:35 – 10:45 ｜ロープ結び体験

  • 10:45 – 11:00 ｜クロージング・ふりかえり・集合写真

    📌 お迎え時間：10:45〜11:00の間にお迎えをお願いいたします。

📷 データ共有について

ワークショップ中の写真は終了後3日以内に、申込時のメールアドレスへ写真データを送付します。申込フォームでメディア使用「可」とされた方が対象です。（Googleドライブのアルバムで共有予定です）
