MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, Mar 29, 2026

We are excited to announce the 16th MIRAI HANA workshop! All participants, please review the following details carefully.

📅 Date & Venue

  • Date: Sunday, March 29, 2026

  • Check‑in Time: 9:40 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Workshop Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Pick-up Time: 11:50 PM – 12:00 PM

  • Venue: Nana Ai Katsu (3585 Waialae Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816)

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes

  • Please bring a water bottle for your child.

  • Whenever possible, have your child use the restroom before the workshop begins.

  • If someone other than the person listed on the registration form will be picking up your child, please let us know at check-in.

  • This workshop is a drop-off program.Parents are kindly asked to drop off and pick up their child at the scheduled times.

  • 🅿️ Parking: Nana Ai Katsu is located on Waialae Avenue between 11th and 12th Avenue, next to First Hawaiian Bank.

    A large municipal parking lot is located behind the building, and the restaurant has two entrances.

    Additional parking options include:
    • Metered street parking along Waialae Avenue
    • Another parking lot with metered stalls near 12th Avenue

    Please note that parking validation is not available.

📋 Schedule (subject to slight changes on the day)

  • 9:40 – 10:00 | Check-in

  • 10:00 – 10:15 | Opening & Learn About Nana Ai Katsu

  • 10:15 – 10:45 | Workshop #1 –Dagashiya Experience

  • 10:45 – 11:40 | Workshop #2 – Plating & Prep Simulation

  • 11:40 – 12:00 | Closing, Group Photo & Pick-up

    📌 Pick-up Time: Please pick up your child between 11:45 and 12:00 PM.

📷 Data Sharing

Photos taken during the workshop will be shared within 3 days after the workshop.

Photo data will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration via a Google Drive album.

This applies only to families who selected “Yes” for photo and video media usage on the registration form.

  • できる限り事前にお手洗いを済ませてからご参加ください。

  • 申込フォームに記載された方以外がお迎えに来られる場合は、受付時に必ずお知らせください。

  • 本ワークショップは ドロップオフ制 ですので、基本的に保護者の方は送迎のみお願いします。

  • 駐車について
    Nana Ai Katsu は、 Waialae Avenue の 11th Avenue と 12th Avenue の間、 First Hawaiian Bank の隣にあります。建物の裏側に大きな市営駐車場があり、レストランには入口が2か所あります。そのほか、
    ・Waialae Ave の路上メーター駐車
    ・12th Ave 近くのメーターパーキング

    もご利用いただけます。※駐車料金のバリデーションはありません。

  • 9:40 – 10:00 ｜受付

  • 10:00 – 10:15 ｜オープニング ＆ Nana Ai Katsuの紹介

  • 10:15 – 10:45 ｜ワークショップ①駄菓子屋さん体験

  • 10:45 – 11:40 ｜ワークショップ② 盛り付け＆仕込み体験（シミュレーション）

  • 11:40 – 12:00 ｜クロージング・集合写真・お迎え

    📌 お迎え時間：11:45～12:00の間にお子さまをお迎えください。

📷 データ共有について

ワークショップ中の写真は終了後3日以内に、申込時のメールアドレスへ写真データを送付します。申込フォームでメディア使用「可」とされた方が対象です。（Googleドライブのアルバムで共有予定です）
