MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, Feb 22, 2026

We are excited to announce the 14th MIRAI HANA workshop! All participants, please review the following details carefully.

📅 Date & Venue

  • Date: Sunday, February 22, 2026

  • Check‑in Time: 9:40 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Workshop Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Pick-up Time: 11:50 PM – 12:00 PM

  • Venue: LA-VIE Bridal (2250 Kalākaua Ave #3f, Honolulu, HI 96815)

    On the 3rd floor, to the right of the escalator.

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes

  • Please bring a water bottle for your child.

  • Whenever possible, have your child use the restroom before the workshop begins.

  • If someone other than the person listed on the registration form will be picking up your child, please let us know at check-in.

  • This workshop is a drop-off program, so parents are kindly asked to drop off and pick up only.

  • 🅿️ Parking:
    here is a paid parking lot in the Waikiki Shopping Plaza building.
    Please note that parking validation is not available.

📋 Schedule (subject to slight changes on the day)

  • 9:40 – 10:00 | Check-in

  • 10:00 – 10:10 | Introduction to LA-VIE FACTORY & the Photographer’s Work

  • 10:10 – 10:20 | Photo Studio Tour & Equipment Introduction

  • 10:20 – 11:05 | Activity ① Pair Experience Portrait Photography: Capturing Happiness

  • 11:05 – 11:45 | Activity ② Pair / Group Experience Child’s Treasure Photo (Product Photography)

  • 11:45 – 12:00 | Closing, Group Photo & Pick-up

    📌 Pick-up Time: Please pick up your child between 10:45 and 11:00 AM.

📷 Data Sharing

Photos taken during the workshop will be shared within 3 days after the workshop.
Photos taken by your child will be shared within 1 month after the workshop.

Photo data will be sent to the email address provided at the time of registration via a Google Drive album.

This applies only to families who selected “Yes” for photo and video media usage on the registration form.

If you would like to change the email address or receive the photos at a different email address, please inform us at the check-in desk on the day of the workshop.

✅ 持ち物と注意事項

  • 水筒をご持参ください。

  • できる限り事前にお手洗いを済ませてからご参加ください。

  • 申込フォームに記載された方以外がお迎えに来られる場合は、受付時に必ずお知らせください。

  • 本ワークショップは ドロップオフ制 ですので、基本的に保護者の方は送迎のみお願いします。

  • 駐車について
    会場のあるワイキキ・ショッピングプラザのビルには有料駐車場がございます。なお、駐車券のバリデーション（割引サービス）はございませんのでご了承ください。

  • 10:00 – 10:10 LA-VIE FACTORYとカメラマンのお仕事紹介

  • 10:20 – 10:20 フォトスタジオツアー＆道具紹介

  • 10:20 – 11:05 アクティビティ① ペア体験　ポートレート撮影体験：しあわせをうつす

  • 11:05 – 11:45 アクティビティ② ペア／グループ体験　おこさまの宝物を撮影

  • 10:45 – 11:00 クロージング＆集合写真／お迎え

    📌 お迎え時間：11:45～12:00の間にお子さまをお迎えください。

📷 データ共有について

ワークショップ中の写真は終了後3日以内に、おこさまが撮影した写真は1か月以内に、申込時のメールアドレスへ写真データを送付します。申込フォームでメディア使用「可」とされた方が対象です。変更や別のメールアドレスでの受け取りをご希望の場合は、当日受付でお知らせください。（Googleドライブのアルバムで共有予定です）
