MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, Feb 8, 2026

We are excited to announce the 13rd MIRAI HANA workshop! All participants, please review the following details carefully.

📅 Date & Venue

  • Date: Sunday, February 8, 2026

  • Check‑in Time: 9:40 AM – 10:00 AM

  • Workshop Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Pick-up Time: 11:45 AM – 12:00 PM

  • Venue:  Kamitoku Ramen (1200 Ala Moana Blvd. Suite 657, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814)

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes（Updated）

  • Please bring a water bottle for your child.

  • Whenever possible, have your child use the restroom before the workshop begins.

  • If someone other than the person listed on the registration form will be picking up your child, please let us know at check-in.

  • This workshop is a drop-off program, so parents and guardians are asked to drop off and pick up their children.
    Please note: the restaurant opens for regular business at 11:00 AM.

👕👟 Dress Code & Shoes (Important for Kitchen Work)

  • Shoes: Crocs or non-slip shoes only

  • Tops: No tank tops
    → Please wear short-sleeve or long-sleeve tops

  • Bottoms: Long pants only (shorts, skirts are not permitted)

⚠️ Since this workshop includes hands-on kitchen work, please make sure your child follows the dress code above.

🅿️ Parking

  • You may use the free parking available at Ward Centre.

📋 Schedule (subject to slight changes on the day)

  • 9:40 – 10:00 Check-in

  • 10:00 – 10:10 Opening

  • 10:10 – 10:20 Job Introduction: Learning about the work of a ramen shop

  • 10:20 – 11:00 Activity 1: Mini Ramen Making & Tasting Experience

  • 11:00 – 11:45 Activity 2: Gyoza Making & Server Experience

  • 10:45 – 11:00 Closing & Group Photo

    📌 Pick-up Time: Please pick up your child between 11:45 and 11:00 AM.

📷 Data Sharing

  • Within 3 days after the workshop, we will send event photos to the email address you provided at registration. If you opted in to media usage, you will receive these photos. If you’d like to change your media-use permission or use a different email, please let us know at check-in. (We plan to share via a Google Drive album.)

  • 水筒をご持参ください。

  • できる限り事前にお手洗いを済ませてからご参加ください。

  • 申込フォームに記載された方以外がお迎えに来られる場合は、受付時に必ずお知らせください。

  • 本ワークショップはドロップオフ制のため、保護者の皆さまには送迎のみをお願いしております。なお、当日の店舗の通常営業は11:00から開始となります。

  • 駐車について
    ワードセンターの無料駐車場をご利用いただけます。

    【保護者の方へ重要なお知らせ】

    今回のワークショップはキッチン内での作業を含みますため、
    服装・靴の指定がございます。必ず事前にご確認をお願いいたします。

    • 靴：クロックス または ノンスリップシューズ

    • 服装：

      • タンクトップ不可

      • 半袖または長袖のトップス

      • 下は 長ズボンのみ可

    安全管理上、条件を満たさない場合は作業内容を制限させていただく可能性がございます。ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。

📋 当日のスケジュール（多少変更の可能性あり）

  • 9:40 – 10:00 受付

  • 10:00 – 10:10 オープニング

  • 10:10 – 10:20 おしごと紹介：ラーメン屋さんのお仕事について学ぼう

  • 10:20 – 11:00 アクティビティ①：ミニラーメン作り＆試食体験

  • 11:00 – 11:45 アクティビティ②：餃子作り＆サーバー体験

  • 10:45 – 11:00 クロージング、集合写真

    📌 お迎え時間：11:45～12:00の間にお子さまをお迎えください。

📷 データ共有について

ワークショップ終了後3日以内に、申込時のメールアドレスへ写真データを送付します。申込フォームでメディア使用「可」とされた方が対象です。変更や別のメールアドレスでの受け取りをご希望の場合は、当日受付でお知らせください。（Googleドライブのアルバムで共有予定です）
