MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, Dec 7, 2025

We are excited to announce the 10th MIRAI HANA workshop! All participants, please review the following details carefully.

📅 Date & Venue

  • Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025

  • Check‑in Time: 8:40 AM – 9:00 AM

  • Workshop Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Pick-up Time: 10:45 AM – 11:00 AM

  • Venue:  Via Gelato（1142 12th Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816）

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes

  • Please bring a water bottle for your child.

  • Whenever possible, have your child use the restroom before the workshop begins.

  • If someone other than the person listed on the registration form will be picking up your child, please let us know at check-in.

  • This workshop is a drop-off program, so parents are kindly asked to drop off and pick up only.

  • 🅿️ Parking:
    You can use the public parking lot in front of or behind the building (no validation available), or find street parking nearby.

📋 Schedule (subject to slight changes on the day)

  • 8:40 – 9:00 Check-in

  • 9:00 – 9:10 Opening

  • 9:10 – 9:15 Learn about the work of a gelato shop

  • 9:15 – 10:00 Activity ①: Small-Group Rotation Activities

  • 10:00 – 10:45 Activity ②: Design Your Own Dream Gelato

  • 10:45 – 11:00 Closing & Group Photo

    📌 Pick-up Time: Please pick up your child between 10:45 and 11:00 AM.

📷 Data Sharing

  • Within 3 days after the workshop, we will send event photos to the email address you provided at registration. If you opted in to media usage, you will receive these photos. If you’d like to change your media-use permission or use a different email, please let us know at check-in. (We plan to share via a Google Drive album.)

  • 水筒をご持参ください。

  • できる限り事前にお手洗いを済ませてからご参加ください。

  • 申込フォームに記載された方以外がお迎えに来られる場合は、受付時に必ずお知らせください。

  • 本ワークショップは ドロップオフ制 ですので、基本的に保護者の方は送迎のみお願いします。

  • 駐車について
    建物の正面または裏手にある公共駐車場をご利用いただけます（※駐車券のバリデーションはありません）。
    または、周辺の路上駐車もご利用いただけます。

  • 8:40 – 9:00 受付

  • 9:00 – 9:10 オープニング

  • 9:10 – 9:15 おしごと紹介：ジェラートショップのお仕事について学ぼう

  • 9:15 – 10:00 アクティビティ①：グループ体験（キッチン・接客・お店の仕事）

  • 10:00 – 10:45 アクティビティ②：夢のジェラートをデザイン

  • 10:45 – 11:00 クロージング、集合写真

    📌 お迎え時間：10:45～12:00の間にお子さまをお迎えください。

📷 データ共有について

ワークショップ終了後3日以内に、申込時のメールアドレスへ写真データを送付します。申込フォームでメディア使用「可」とされた方が対象です。変更や別のメールアドレスでの受け取りをご希望の場合は、当日受付でお知らせください。（Googleドライブのアルバムで共有予定です）
