MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, Oct 19, 2025

We are excited to announce the 6th MIRAI HANA workshop! All participants, please review the following details carefully.

📅 Date & Venue

  • Date: Sunday, October 19, 2025

  • Check‑in Time: 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM

  • Workshop Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM

  • Pick-up Time: 11:15 AM – 11:30 AM

  • Venue:  Cat Café MOFF (1450 Ala Moana Blvd #1207, Honolulu, HI 96814)

Located inside Ala Moana Center, near the Makai Market Food Court, next to See’s Candies and Jejubing Dessert Cafe

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes

  • Please bring a water bottle.

  • At check-in, we will provide a name sticker, work notebook, clipboard, and pen.

  • During the activities, your child will be asked to wear a MIRAI HANA shirt.

  • Please have your child use the restroom beforehand if possible. (Restrooms are available inside Ala Moana Center.)

  • If someone other than the person listed on the registration form will pick up your child, please let us know at check-in.

  • This is a drop-off only workshop.

  • Parking: Ala Moana Center parking is available (no validation).

  • ⚠️ Inside the Cat Café, children will be interacting with cats. For safety reasons, only water bottles may be brought inside. Lockers are available, but we kindly ask that children bring only a water bottle whenever possible.

  • ⚠️ Observation inside the café is only available to parents who have already registered in advance through the application form. Special rate: $12 for 2 hours + 1 drink required (to be paid on-site on the day).

📋 Schedule (subject to slight changes on the day)

  • 9:00 – 9:30 Check-in

  • 9:30 – 9:45 Opening

  • 9:45 – 10:15 Meet Lauren and Cat Café MOFF staff, learn about the Cat Cafe’s work

  • 10:15 – 10:40 Activity 1: Cat maintenance

  • 10:40 – 11:15 Activity 2: How to interact with customers / Educate the customers on cats 

  • 11:15 – 11:30 Closing, group photo, GACHA-GACHA

Pick-up: Please pick up your child between 11:15 – 11:30 AM.

📷 Data Sharing

  • Within 3 days after the workshop, we will send event photos to the email address you provided at registration. If you opted in to media usage, you will receive these photos. If you’d like to change your media-use permission or use a different email, please let us know at check-in. (We plan to share via a Google Drive album.)

  • ワークショップ: 9:30 ～ 11:30

  • お迎え: 11:15 ～ 11:30

✅ 持ち物と注意事項

  • 水筒 をご持参ください。

  • 受付時に、名札シール・ワークノート・クリップボード・ペンをお渡しします。

  • 活動中には MIRAI HANAのシャツを着用いただく予定です。

  • できる限り事前にお手洗いを済ませてからご参加ください。（アラモアナセンター内にお手洗いがあります。）

  • 申込フォームに記載された方以外がお迎えに来られる場合は、受付時に必ずお知らせください。

  • 本ワークショップは ドロップオフ制 です。終了時にお迎えをお願いいたします。

  • 駐車場はアラモアナセンターの駐車場をご利用ください（駐車券のバリデーションはありません）。

  • ⚠️ キャットカフェ内では猫たちとふれあうため、水筒以外の荷物は持ち込みできません。 ロッカーはありますが、できる限りお子さまは 水筒のみ をお持ちいただくようお願いいたします。

  • ⚠️ 見学は申込みフォームで事前に登録された保護者の方のみ可能です。 特別料金：2時間$12＋1ドリンク注文（当日現地払い）。

📋 当日のスケジュール（多少変更の可能性あり）

  • 9:00 – 9:30 受付

  • 9:30 – 9:45 オープニング

  • 9:45 – 10:15 ローレンさんとCat Café MOFFスタッフ紹介、カフェの仕事について学ぶ

  • 10:15 – 10:40 アクティビティ①：キャットメンテナンス（猫のお世話・健康チェックなど）

  • 10:40 – 11:15 アクティビティ②：お客様との接し方／猫についての説明を伝える体験

  • 11:15 – 11:30 クロージング、集合写真、ガチャガチャ

    📌 お迎え時間：11:15～11:30の間にお子さまをお迎えください。

📷 データ共有について

ワークショップ終了後3日以内に、申込時のメールアドレスへ写真データを送付します。申込フォームでメディア使用「可」とされた方が対象です。変更や別のメールアドレスでの受け取りをご希望の場合は、当日受付でお知らせください。（Googleドライブのアルバムで共有予定です）
