MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, Oct 5 : Afternoon Session

We are excited to announce the 5th MIRAI HANA workshop! All participants, please review the following details carefully.

📅 Date & Venue

  • Date: Sunday, October 5, 2025

  • Check‑in Time: 12:30 PM – 1:00 PM

  • Workshop Time: 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Pick-up Time: 2:45 PM – 3:00 PM

  • Venue: cakeM  (808 Sheridan St SUITE 308, Honolulu, HI 96814)

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes

  • Please bring a water bottle.

  • At check-in, we’ll provide a name sticker, work notebook, clipboard, pen, chef hat, and gloves. A MIRAI HANA shirt may also be provided for use during the workshop.

  • Please have your child use the restroom before check-in if possible (restrooms are available in the building).

  • If someone other than the person listed on the registration form will pick up your child, please inform us at check-in.

  • Parking: Paid parking is available in the building (no validation).

📋 Schedule (subject to slight changes on the day)

  • 12:30 – 1:00 Check-in

  • 1:00 – 1:10 Opening

  • 1:10 – 1:25 Meet Owner & Cake Designer Megumi Albritton / Learn about Cake Designer Work

  • 1:25 – 2:05 Activity 1: Cake Design

  • 2:05 – 2:45 Activity 2: Cake Decoration

  • 2:45 – 3:00 Closing, group photo, giveaway

Pick-up: Please pick up your child between 2:45 – 3:00 PM.

In principle, we kindly ask parents to only take care of drop-off and pick-up. However, since the café next to the venue will be open, you are welcome to stay and enjoy the café, and you may observe the workshop from there.

📷 Data Sharing

  • Within 3 days after the workshop, we will send event photos to the email address you provided at registration. If you opted in to media usage, you will receive these photos. If you’d like to change your media-use permission or use a different email, please let us know at check-in. (We plan to share via a Google Drive album.)

✅ 持ち物と注意事項

  • お子さま用に水筒をお持ちください。

  • チェックイン時に、名札シール・ワークノート・クリップボード・ペン・シェフ帽・手袋を配布します。必要に応じてMIRAI HANAシャツも着用いただきます。

  • 可能であれば、事前にお手洗いをお済ませください（会場の建物内にもお手洗いがあります）。

  • 登録フォームに記載された方以外がお迎えに来られる場合は、チェックイン時に必ずお知らせください。

  • 駐車場： 建物内に有料駐車場があります（バリデーションはありません）。

📋 当日のスケジュール（多少変更の可能性あり）

  • 12:30 – 1:00 チェックイン

  • 1:00 – 1:10 オープニング

  • 1:10 – 1:25 オーナー兼ケーキデザイナー めぐみさんと対面・ケーキデザイナーのお仕事紹介

  • 1:25 – 2:05 アクティビティ① ケーキデザイン

  • 2:05 – 2:45 アクティビティ② ケーキデコレーション

  • 2:45 – 3:00 クロージング・集合写真・おみやげ配布

お迎え時間： 2:45〜3:00の間にお越しください。

基本的に、保護者の皆さまには送迎のみをお願いしております。ただし、会場併設のカフェは通常通り営業しておりますので、カフェをご利用の場合に限り、お子さまの体験中の様子をご見学いただけます。

📷 データ共有について

ワークショップ終了後3日以内に、申込時のメールアドレスへ写真データを送付します。申込フォームでメディア使用「可」とされた方が対象です。変更や別のメールアドレスでの受け取りをご希望の場合は、当日受付でお知らせください。（Googleドライブのアルバムで共有予定です）
