MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, Sep 7

We are excited to announce the 3rd MIRAI HANA workshop! All participants, please review the following details carefully.

📅 Date & Venue

Date: Sunday, September 7, 2025
Check‑in Time: 9:30 AM – 10:00 AM
Workshop Time: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Pick-up Time: 11:45 AM – 12:00 PM
Venue: Sayumi Bridal
(2250 Kalakaua Ave, Shopping Plaza # 402, Honolulu, HI 96815)
On the 4th floor, to the right of the escalator.

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes

Please bring a water bottle. No other items are required.
At this workshop, two participants will be selected by lottery to try on a real wedding dress.
If your child wishes to be considered, please have them wear a tank top or clothing that opens in the front for easy changing.(Over that, they will wear the blue MIRAI HANA shirt, which will be used during the workshop.)
Please have your child use the restroom beforehand if possible. (There is a restroom available in the building.)
If someone other than the person you listed on the registration form will pick up your child, please inform us at check-in.
Parking:
There is a paid parking lot in the Waikiki Shopping Plaza building.
Please note that parking validation is not available.

10:00 – 10:10 Opening
10:10 – 10:25 Meet the Sayumi Bridal × Hair&Make Lisa staff & Learn About Hair & Makeup Work
10:25 – 11:00 Hair Workshop (Pair work)
11:00 – 11:35 Makeup Workshop (Pair work)
11:35 – 12:00 Closing Ceremony, Group Photo, Wedding Dress Try-On (only 2 students selected by lottery (Gacha machine), and Info on Upcoming Events

Pick-up Time:
Please pick up your child between 11:45 - 12:00

For this workshop, parents/guardians cannot observe inside the room. However, you are welcome to wait outside the room in the Waikiki Shopping Plaza.

📷 Data Sharing

Within five days after the workshop, we will send event photos to the email address you provided at registration. If you answered “Yes” to the question, “Do you give permission for your child to be photographed or filmed for reports and social media?” on the application form, you will receive these photos.
- If you would like to change your answer, please let us know at the registration desk on the day of the workshop.
- If you would like us to use a different email address, please let us know. (We plan to share via a Google Drive album.)

✅ 当日の持ち物・お願い

お持ち物は水筒のみで大丈夫です。他に必要な物はありません。
今回のワークショップでは、参加者の中から抽選で2名に本物のウェディングドレスを試着できる特別イベントを行います。
希望される方は、着替えやすいように タンクトップや前開きの服 でお越しください。（その上から、ブルーのミライハナシャツを着てもらい、ワークショップを行う予定です。）
可能であれば、事前にお手洗いをお済ませください。（お手洗いはビル内にございます。）
お迎えの方が申込時と異なる場合は、受付時にスタッフまでお知らせください。
駐車場について
会場のあるワイキキ・ショッピングプラザのビルには有料駐車場がございます。
なお、駐車券のバリデーション（割引サービス）はございませんのでご了承ください。

11:35 – 12:00 クロージング、集合写真、ウェディングドレス試着（抽選で2名／ガチャガチャ）、今後のイベント紹介

お迎え時間: 11:45～12:00 の間にお子さまをお迎えください。

※今回のワークショップでは、保護者の方は会場内での見学はできませんが、ワイキキ・ショッピングプラザ内の会場外でお待ちいただけます。

📷 データ共有について

ワークショップ終了後5日以内に、申込時にご記入いただいたメールアドレス宛に当日の写真データをお送りします。
申込フォームの「SNS等での写真・動画使用の可否」で「はい」と回答された方にのみ写真をお送りします。

回答を変更したい場合は、当日受付でスタッフにお知らせください。
別のメールアドレスでの受け取りをご希望の場合もお知らせください。（Googleドライブのアルバムで共有予定です。）
