MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, August 17
We are excited to announce the very first opening workshop of MIRAI HANA!
All participants, please review the following details carefully.

Date: Sunday, August 17, 2025
Check‑in Time: 8:30 AM – 9:00 AM
Workshop Time: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Venue: Kaimuki Shokudo
1127 11th Ave, Honolulu, HI 96816

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes
Please bring a water bottle. No other items are required.
A team uniform (front‑opening) will be provided on site to wear over your clothes.
Please have your child use the restroom beforehand if possible.
(There is a restroom near the venue.)If someone other than the person you listed on the registration form will pick up your child, please inform us at check‑in.
🚗 Parking: Available at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki, but no validation will be provided.
📋 Schedule on the Day
8:30 – 9:00 Check‑in
9:00 – 9:10 Opening
9:10 – 9:30 Meet the Kaimuki Shokudo staff & Learn About Restaurant Work
9:30 – 10:00 Try Taking Orders
10:30 – 11:15 Hands‑on radio program creation
11:15 – 11:30 Closing ceremony, group photo, and info on upcoming events
Pick‑up Time:
Please pick up your child between 11:15 and 11:30.
For those who agree to a short interview, filming will take place from 11:30 to 12:00.
🎥 About Filming
We will be filming the workshop for record‑keeping and future promotional use.
If you prefer not to be filmed, please let us know in advance.
📷 Data Sharing
Within 5 days after the workshop, we will send you the recording data and photos from the day to the email address you used to register.
If you would like us to use a different email address, please let us know.
(We plan to share via a Google Drive album.)

記念すべき第1回のオープニングワークショップを開催いたします。
参加者のみなさまは、下記の内容をご確認ください。

会場：Studio Rim Hawaii – Ewa Tower, 3rd Floor

（Ewa Tower はビル内プール横の入り口からお入りください）
🌺 会場までのご案内 – ハイアット・リージェンシー・ワイキキ（3階）
📍 場所： 中央の噴水の真上、3階
ヤシの木や緑に囲まれた開放的なアトリウムに滝のような水の演出があり、リゾート感あふれる空間です。会場はこの中庭の真上に位置しています。
📍 行き方：
1階（地上階）で、カラフルな「Ohana」サーフボードのディスプレイとNā Ho‘ōla Spaの看板を目印にしてください。
そのすぐ隣にある右側のエレベーターで3階へ上がってください。
📍 3階に着いたら：
エレベーターを降りて左に進み、2つ目のドア（木枠のガラス扉）が会場です。
📍 目印：
会場はプールデッキとオーシャンビューのテラスと同じフロアにあります。海に向かって開けた美しい空間のすぐそばです。
✅ 当日の持ち物・お願い
水筒をお持ちください（その他の持ち物は特に不要です）
現地で専用のチームウェア（前開き）を、着ている服の上から着用いただきます。
なるべくトイレをお済ませの上、お集まりください。
（会場近くにトイレがございますのでご安心ください。）お申し込み時にご記入いただいた方以外がお迎えに来られる場合は、受付時に必ずお知らせください。
🚗 駐車場： ハイアットリージェンシー内に駐車可能ですが、無料駐車券はありません

お迎えについて
お子さまのお迎えは 11:15～11:30 の間にお願いします。
インタビュー撮影にご協力いただける方は、 11:30～12:00 の間に実施予定です。

ワークショップの様子を記録用および今後の広報用として撮影いたします。
撮影NGの場合は事前にお知らせください。
📷 データ共有について
ワークショップ終了後、5日以内に当日の収録データと撮影写真を、申込時のメールアドレス宛にお送りします。
別のメールアドレスをご希望の場合は、お知らせください。
（Google Driveでアルバムを共有する予定です。）
