MIRAI HANA Workshop on Sun, August 3

We are excited to announce the very first opening workshop of MIRAI HANA!
All participants, please review the following details carefully.

📅 Date & Venue

  • Date: Sunday, August 3, 2025

  • Check‑in Time: 9:10 AM – 9:30 AM

  • Workshop Time: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM

  • Venue: Studio Rim Hawaii – Ewa Tower, 3rd Floor
    2424 Kalākaua Ave, Honolulu, HI 96815
    (Please enter through the entrance next to the pool in the Ewa Tower.)

🚶 Directions to Studio Rim

  • Enter the main lobby, then take the escalator or elevator to the 3rd floor.

  • Once on the 3rd floor, head toward the Pool Deck (POOL DECK) area.

  • Walk in the direction where you can see the pool and the “SWIM” restaurant.

  • Proceed to the back-left section and you will find the entrance to Studio Rim.

  • Look for the sign on the wall that says “Studio Rim” as your landmark.

✅ What to Bring & Important Notes

  • No special items are required.
    A team uniform (front‑opening) will be provided on site to wear over your clothes.

  • Please have your child use the restroom beforehand if possible.
    (There is a restroom near the venue.)

  • If someone other than the person you listed on the registration form will pick up your child, please inform us at check‑in.

📋 Schedule on the Day

  • 9:10 – 9:30 Check‑in

  • 9:30 – 9:50 Opening & Icebreaker

  • 9:50 – 10:10 Guest speaker introduces the radio industry

  • 10:10 – 10:30 Speech workshop

  • 10:30 – 11:15 Hands‑on radio program creation

  • 11:15 – 11:30 Closing ceremony, group photo, and info on upcoming events

Pick‑up Time:
Please pick up your child between 11:15 and 11:30.
For those who agree to a short interview, filming will take place from 11:30 to 12:00.

🎥 About Filming

  • We will be filming the workshop for record‑keeping and future promotional use.
    If you prefer not to be filmed, please let us know in advance.

  • We may ask for a brief interview (about 2 questions) with you and your child on the day.
    As a thank‑you, participants who agree will receive a priority reservation ticket and a discount coupon for the next workshop (limited to the first 2 people).
    If you are willing, please let us know by email or at check‑in.

📷 Data Sharing

  • Within 5 days after the workshop, we will send you the recording data and photos from the day to the email address you used to register.

  • If you would like us to use a different email address, please let us know.
    (We plan to share via a Google Drive album.)

記念すべき第1回のオープニングワークショップを開催いたします。
参加者のみなさまは、下記の内容をご確認ください。

📅 開催日・会場

  • 受付時間：9:10～9:30

  • 開催時間：9:30～11:30

    　（Ewa Tower はビル内プール横の入り口からお入りください）

🚶 スタジオリムへの道順

  1. 正面ロビーに入り、エスカレーターまたはエレベーターで3階へ上がります。

  2. 3階に到着したら、プールデッキ（POOL DECK）側へ進みます。

  3. プールや「SWIM」レストランが見える方向に進み、左奥の区画に進むと Studio Rim の入口があります。

  4. 壁に「Studio Rim」と書かれた看板がありますので、目印にしてください。

✅ 当日の持ち物・お願い

  • 特に必要な持ち物はありません。
    　現地で専用のチームウェア（前開き）を、着ている服の上から着用いただきます。

  • なるべくトイレをお済ませの上、お集まりください。
    　（会場近くにトイレがございますのでご安心ください。）

  • お申し込み時にご記入いただいた方以外がお迎えに来られる場合は、受付時に必ずお知らせください。

  • 9:10～9:30　受付

  • 9:30～9:50　オープニング・アイスブレイク

  • 9:50～10:10　ゲスト講師によるラジオ業界紹介

  • 10:10～10:30　スピーチワークショップ

  • 10:30～11:15　ラジオ番組づくり体験

  • 11:15～11:30　修了式・記念撮影・次回案内

  • お迎えについて
    　お子さまのお迎えは 11:15～11:30 の間にお願いします。
    　インタビュー撮影にご協力いただける方は、 11:30～12:00 の間に実施予定です。

🎥 撮影について

  • ワークショップの様子を記録用および今後の広報用として撮影いたします。
    　撮影NGの場合は事前にお知らせください。

  • 当日、保護者さま・お子さまへの簡単なインタビュー（かんたんな2問程度）をお願いする場合がございます。
    　お引き受けいただける方には、次回ワークショップの優先予約券と割引券をお渡しします（先着2名）。
    　ご協力いただける場合は、メールまたは受付でお知らせください。

📷 データ共有について

  • ワークショップ終了後、5日以内に当日の収録データと撮影写真を、申込時のメールアドレス宛にお送りします。

  • 別のメールアドレスをご希望の場合は、お知らせください。
    （Google Driveでアルバムを共有する予定です。）
